Core skillsets: Multi-omics profiling · High-throughput microscopy · Computational analysis
Hi! My name is Chris, and I recently graduated from Stanford University with a PhD in Biology, where I worked with Jan Skotheim to study cell size control.
My research focused on coordination of gene expression with cell size. I used multi-omics profiling and high-throughput microscopy to discover that cells adjust their transcription with increase in cell size. I also developed Python pipelines to automate segmentation and tracking for single-molecule imaging data.
Before graduate school, I was a research assistant at Rockefeller University where I worked with Ali Brivanlou's group to understand early human development using embryonic stem cells and organoids.
